Installation

  1. Log in with the Administrator role to your NetSuite account (Production or Sandbox).

  2. Make sure that you have the prerequisites fulfilled.

  3. If this is the first time you install an app from SuiteCorner you will need to install 2 bundles. If you already have the SC End User License Module bundle installed in your account you will only need to install the second bundle, REPORTER For NetSuite - By SuiteCorner.

  1. To install the bundles navigate to: Customization/SuiteBundler/Search & Install Bundles. In the Keywords field, enter the bundle ID for the bundle you wish to install. Follow the instructions for the bundle installation from the NetSuite system and the bundle will be installed. Please note that you will need to accept the License Agreement / Terms of Service in order to proceed with the installation. When the first bundle is fully installed repeat this step for the second bundle (if both are to be installed).

  2. When all installation steps are done: Open your employee record in edit mode, navigate to the the Access tab and assign yourself the role Reporter Administrator (SC) which is included in the Reporter bundle. Save your changes and log out from NetSuite. Log in again and select the above role.

  3. On the Home dashboard you will find useful links to the SuiteCorner Reporter help center. In the help center you can read more about the app, access its user guide, read the FAQ with tips and tricks and much more.

  4. Navigate to Reporter/Layouts/Layout Builder/New. The first time you access this record type the app displays a notice saying "Application not licensed. Please visit Registration Form in order to register". Click on the link in the message and you will be automatically transferred to the SuiteCorner Registration form for Applications in which you need to add your Company name and contact details. When you save your entered information a Trial license will be created for your account automatically. The trial allows you to evaluate the app for a period of 30 days for your company and your business needs.

  5. After the above registration you will receive an email containing login information to the SuiteCorner Customer Center. Please note that the link expires after 24 hours.

    If the link expires send a email to
    support@suitecorner.se with the subject: Link to SuiteCorner Customer Center Expired.
    Fill in your contact information, company name and account id. This information will help us to assist you faster.

  6. When you decide to purchase this App you will need to login to SuiteCorner's Customer Center. In the customer center there is a License Application in which you can activate your license. We provide several different Payment Options and these will all be available in the customer cCenter. Below you can find our Payment & Subscription Terms. In case the SuiteCorner License Subscription is not displayed on on the dashboard, follow the below steps on how to add it yourself.

  7. If you have a Custom Content portlet on your dashboard with the text "Portlet not set up" you can navigate to that portlet and click on the three dotted icon displayed in the upper right-hand corner and then click on Setup. In the Source list select the option SC License Application and click on Save. The License appliction should now automatically load amd be added to your dashboard.
